Gail Bernd
Office / Business Manager

Gail Bernd has been the Office Manager of H/S Therapy Associates since March of 1987. Gail worked for the previous owner of H/S Therapy; Anja K. Smith, PT, prior to Frank J. Ciuba, DPT, MS buying the practice in 1997. Gail oversees all office, insurance, billing, collection, and accounting issues for both clinic locations. Patient education is of great importance to Gail, and she encourages patients to speak with her if they have any unresolved questions and/or concerns regarding insurance coverage or billing issues.
